Who We are

Thirty years ago, Dimitris Trangos started his adventure in the business world when he became a warehouse manager. Under his leadership the business grew up rapidly and the following years brought wealth of managerial experience in turbulent markets and difficult economy conditions. The usual business day started with a prayer at the office, because Dimitris and his team were committed Christians, who wanted to give glory to God in the business context and to proof their faith in the everyday business and communication with clients, suppliers, competitors and owners. When Max Weber wrote and published in 1923 his book “The Protestant Ethics and the Spirit of Capitalism” he described same reasons in the life of the Christians, to whom business was a high calling and proof of their faith.

In the years that followed, Dimitris grew his expertise not only by experiences in different businesses and companies he managed and later he started himself, but also by continuous

study and learning in different universities and degrees on the Balkans, USA and the UK. Working with people from different nations and in different countries taught him a lot about people, business and leadership.

The need for faith-based consulting on strategy, management and also personal mentoring, became obvious to Dimitris. People in the business need help. And as somebody, who often put himself on the line for people, Dimitris decided to do just that – help everyone in the business, who needs it.

Being a born-again Christian, gave Dimitris a different perspective in business and life. That feeling for a higher calling and that it is possible to do business in order to impact the world, help people and the environment is the foundation of his consulting activities. To ensure expertise and practical application of the latest research, Dimitris is a doctoral candidate in business administration, and also is connected with other experts, PhDs in different industries, as a think-tank that can be very helpful for different projects.

Dimitris firmly believes that in the Bible there are powerful principles to follow that can give incredible results and create sustainable wealth. His doctoral research is on Mentoring based on Agapism, which is the teaching of Jesus to love and to do everything based on love and care to the mankind and the nature of the planet. When it comes to Mentoring, it should be discussed as one aspect of Knowledge Transfer. Knowledge Transfer is what gives businesses sustainable competitive advantage on the market, where Mentoring is one of its aspects, the other two being consulting and coaching.
